It’s 1939 and the EFO (French Polynesia, New Caledonia, Wallis and Futuna, the New Hebrides (Vanuatu)) are Oceanian territories administered by France. When World War II broke out, they did not appear to be destined to play a role, but in 1941, these islands became an area of strategic importance in the conflict and were affected by the war and the changes it brought.
