Café calédonien : l’alchimie d’un pays (2021)

Résumé

A journey around the history of New Caledonia and coffee, the taste and culture of this bean. Following a mixed-race Kanak-Caledonian, Éric Goujon raised in the Tchamba Valley among his grandparents' coffee trees. In 1980, events forced the family to abandon the plantation. Twenty years ago, Éric left the rock and set off into the world. There he learned about coffee growing. On his return, following in the footsteps of his family's past, he set out to revive an exceptional Caledonian coffee culture with the support of Kanak producers in the bush.
