SUBMISSION INFORMATION

A downloadable SD version from a VOD website for the pre-selection committee. 3 photographs, the full time-coded transcript and the subtitles file (if available) must be sent before 1st October 2023. All those documents will preferably be sent by e-mail to: [email protected]
In case of exceptional circumstances, the documents can be sent by air mail at the following address:

No submission will be considered without these documents.
Files must be sent before 1st October 2023. Files received after this date will be taken into consideration for the next festival.
The FIFO 2024 official selection will be announced in late November.
Selected films as Full HD- MPEG4 H264 format must be uploaded on a dedicated FTP server as indicated in times.
Files must have been necessarily uploaded before 10th December 2023.
A 2 minutes maximum trailer is also required for broadcast by the festival organization and partners on social media.

I have read the Regulations of the 21th International Festival of Oceanian Documentary Film and comply fully with their terms, including but not limited to the screening of the film at Maison de la Culture de Tahiti and on the FIFO streaming website during the official period of the festival.

If my film were included in the official selection of FIFO 2024, I hereby authorize the organizers to use extracts of not more than 2 minutes from my film for non-commercial purposes.If my film were included in the official selection of FIFO 2024, I hereby authorize the organizers to include my film into the FIFO Tahiti CollectionIf my film were included in the official selection of FIFO 2024, I hereby authorize the organizers to screen my film for the ‘FIFO Hors les murs’ official program without any compensation: free screenings for schools and for the public in the Polynesian islands, Oceania and France.
