Brazen Hussies (2021)
Synopsis
Australia in the 1950s and 1960s was a male-dominated political and social system. Brazen Hussies tells the story of a revolutionary chapter in its history, with the beginning of the Women's Liberation Movement (1966-75). Thanks to various archives, using past and present interviews with activists, the film shows us how a group of bold women with a wide range of opinions and sexual choices joined forces to challenge the status quo and contribute to a great social movement.Movie Details
