Résumé
This film shows us how important it was for the Māori to rediscover the great journeys of the double canoes across the Pacific told by a double waka builder who continues this work. He recalls the reuse of navigation by the stars, the Hōkūle'a canoe, Heke, Sir Edmond Hallay and Ema Siope. He pays tribute to those who have made it possible to restore the great Polynesian voyages of the past to a place in the history of world navigation, as well as Māori links with Tapuatapuātea and Ra'iātea.Détails du film
